SOULFUL SLOW FLOW
A moving meditation form of Yoga to help you find space between poses that is slowed way down. This is a creative and still challenging flow designed to bring balance to the body and mind through holding poses and having more time to explore each of them. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, and are able to draw more within and know ourselves.

YIN FLOW
Incorporating both aspects of Yin yoga and Vinyasa, this class is the perfect combination of movement and stillness. Starting with a gentle warm-up, students can expect to flow through variations of Surya namaskar A and B before moving into a static, more meditative practice of Yin Yoga where poses will be held anywhere from 1-5 minutes at a time in a primarily passive manner. Yin yoga is all about release and actively targets the deep connective tissue (fascia) in the body by taking the stress and emphasis off the muscles and instead placing more focus on targeting the tendons and ligaments. Through this method, joints become more supported and in turn, stronger, allowing each student to build or deepen both their physical practice and meditation.
