How do I sign up for a virtual class?Go to the schedule, find the class you would like to take, and click book now. You will receive a Zoom link 15 minutes before the class begins. Click the link to join when you're ready. Most students leave their cameras on but you're welcome to turn the camera off if it makes you more comfortable.

What do I need to practice yoga? You can practice yoga anywhere, but a couple things make it easier and more comfortable. Stretchy or comfortable clothes are recommended and most people practice without shoes or socks. Yoga mats provide cushion and grip while moving. Blocks are amazing and I recommend a set of 2. They can be made from foam or cork and come in a few different sizes. If you're interested in the Gentle class, I also recommend blankets or bolster but beach towels and couch cushions work great too!

What class should I choose if I've never done yoga?Gentle and Reset are great options if you're a beginner or have not practiced yoga regularly. These classes are slower and give time for options and modifcations. Power and Move are faster paced classes and it is helpful to be familiar with the poses.
